1999 Ford Expedition air suspension

Would cold fridig weather cause the lines to the rear air suspension lift to freeze? The compressor seems to be kicking on but then kicks right off almost like it is sensing full air. We checked all the fuses and they are all fine! The rearend is dropped very very low.

You may want to check the sensor arm on the rear suspension. If it has popped off, then it will think it is full. Check this and post back
