1998 Ford Expedition OBD codes 1131 and 1151

Installed #2 cyl. Coil and started engine and got 1131 and 1151 codes. Whats the fix

It can mean you need new O2 sensors, both front sensors are stuck on lean, and not switching as they should, or you have a major vacuum leak. Air duct back in place? Also possible the fuel pump is on the way out.
