2004 Ford Excursion Wiper Motor Short

Without turning on my windshield wipers they start to stutter up the window then take-off on high. Sometimes I can turn the wipers on and then back off and they will stop. Other times they do nothing when I turn them on and back off they just keep going.

I also burn out my left turn signalk bulb often. Any ideas where I can start my search to fix this or should I go to the manufacturer repair shop?

Ok the wiper problems is more then likely the wiper motor as the micro processor is built into the wiper. Now the turn bulb how often does it blow out and what bulb are you using?
