2000 Ford Excursion Signal Lights

I am having a problem with signal lights on my 2000 ford excursion. When I move the turn signal they do not light up at all. Neither the instrument panel or the lights themselves. I have checked the fuses and they are fine. Thought it might be a relay switch but do not see one for the signal lights in my manual. Not sure what the problem could be.

We have the same problem also our brake lights wont work bulbs are new and everythings ok. But they dont work either
