Hey brad
it may be worth spending a couple of bucks and purchase a one time service agreement for your vehicle online with mitchell on demand, this will have everything you need including torque specs and sequence, it would take some time to prepare this on my own and mitchell will be more descriptive and has pix and diagrams and the fee is small

No offense taken but 20 bucks would walk you right through it, especially since I cant see exactly what youve done so far, not to mention we would be back and fourth all day long, but I can try, but you will need to be very specific on what youve done, and the head should go to the machine shop for pressure test and mill and valve job

I have disconnected the air intake. I have the top cover (that says 1.9) off and I have the head bolts loose. Battery has also been taken out. Along with the coil pack and plug wires. Exhaust, alternator, belts, are still connected. Oh and I dont have 20 bucks lol. Sorry no offence

First you should have backe off the rockers and pulled the pushrods and put them in a spot so they go back in the same way, remove the intake, and the exhaust oh and im skipping alot here all small things you should see when disassembling

Did you remove the timing cover and set the timing before the belt comes off, and you must be missing a bolt or two on the intake and exhaust
