My coolling Fan stop working along with my Air Cond. Coolling Fan I believe as 2 speeds, 1reg with air off and the next faster with air on. There is an Electrical Box which sits under my Filter Bx. If this is the problem then I need to know because I can not find it here where I live and I was told it Cost around $365.00

Don't spend the money just yet.
There are several possible answers.
Check the fuses. Most people will check the fuses under the dash. That is good, however, there is a second fuse box under the hood. It is called a Power Distribution Box (PDB). It contains both fuses and relays.
The fan is controlled by a switch in the dash. That will come thru the fues in the dash. The power for the fan actually comes from the PDB. It first goes thru the fuse (it is #5 in an explorer. 50 amp) and then thru a relay. If the fuse is good, try to switch out the relay with another same type and size relay from the box.

Good luck.

Let me know what happens.
