Has 89,000 miiles on '93 1.9engine. AT. Motor runs very smooth except idles excessively fast. Have changed Oxygen sensor and Heat Sensor with no success. Still idles abt 1 1/2-2RPMs and jerks transmission when putting into and out of gear. Any suggestions?

The first thing I would look for is a vacuum leak. Check the lvacuum lines coming off the top of the manifold going to the PCV etc by plugging them all to see if the idle reduces. As the rubber gets old it leaks.
