The heater core is located under hte dash right up against the fire wall, to get to it you have to remove the dash, wonderfull eh?

If bad it could cause bad heat, but you would probably notice vapor on the window or water on the floor or loss in antifreeze.

Are both the hoses hotter going into it, or is just one or none hot, the hoses go into the firewall from the coolant system. Post back

Make sure it not just the blower motor, does the fan blow air? Then go to heater coil
I just did this on my car and it was the blower motor. When we took it out the component inside that is supose to spin, was so frozen, it wouldnt move. Good luck
