2001 Ford Escort air conditioning not working

Everything works but will not turn on when you turn on ac switch. New comp and clutch no power at clutch but blower and all works

I would get the refrigerant level check, you may have a leak and the low refrigerant level will shut down the comp at the low pressure switch, start here.
