When I am drive My stearing is losse and when I get going an the wobbing gets worse and the sterring wheel shakes and you can hear a tumping noise on both side the drvier and passanger side I dont konw what it is

From what you have stated, it seems as though your vehicle needs a front and rear suspension alignment. Most local suspension/wheel shops charge around $50 for this. It will re-align your vehicles suspension that has been altered due to wear and tear. Another sympton of bad alignment is if your tires seem to be wearing more on one spot of the tire instead of evenly across the treads.
