I just started to notice when im at a stop and I put the clutch in and put it into first gear theres a weird noise. Someone told me its the clutch assembly. What exactly is that?

For the amount of time you are going to invest in changing the bearing it is very much worth it to do it all just change every thing cheaper and easier for the long run

I had the exact same problem. And to replace that bearing you have to pull the transmission. So you might as well replace the clutch. Do yourself a favor and rent a p[ilot bearing puller you will need it. Its a lot of work but its not that difficult. Drain the fluid unless you like lying in a pool of transmission fluid and it takes about four quarts of automatic transmission fluid. That was a pain in the butt finding out the right kind of fluid. And you have to resurface the flywheel or you risk having to redo the clutch in a few months.
