1998 Ford Escort Won't Start, Only Spins Over.

Any suggestions that may lead me to where to start looking?

This Car has been setting since 2005. But was running when it was parked.

Give each cylinder a few shots of oil as it may not be reaching compression from setting so long. May want to get a little fresh gas in it as well. Oull the plugs and make sure they are dry and clean, check the gap while they are out.
