Hi, I have a 98 automatic ford escort se. When I have the lights, windshield wipers and heat/ac turned on my car feels like it starts to pull. I don't know what is causing it. If I turn one of those things off it stops, particularly if I turn off the heat/ac. (Is it too much current?) It would also do it if I had the heat/ac on with the cd player adapter plugged into the cigarette lighter and playing. Now my cigarette outlet doesn't work and I have replaced the fuse but that wasn't it. When I got a new battery put in about 3 months ago the car would cut out after it was started (It stopped a few days after the new battery had been in) and the guy (regular) said something about the wires to the battery being corroded, could this be the entire problem for the "pulling" ? And if so can I please have a rough estimate of the repair price. Any info would help, thank you!

And by "Pulling" I mean the car feeling like an electric current pull. Don't know how else to explain the feeling. Almost like it's gonna cut out or like there isn't a good connection to the battery....or an overload.
