1998 Ford Escort running rough

My escort seems to be running on 3 cylinders most of the time and sometimes when I just tickle the accelerator with my foot it sometimes runs on 4 but only on high revs ive changed all the sensors apart from crank and camshaft ive changed the air flow meter and the coil pack its sparking on all 4 cylinders could you please help me as what to do thank you

I would start by doing a cylinder balance test.
Do you have a check engine light?
If so scan for code
check injectors and clean if needed
