When I noticed my engine coolant was frozen I tried to start the car and it just barely made a sound but the headlights and blinkers worked so I kept trying to start it then all of a sudden the headlights and blinkers quit working and a ticking sound came from under the hood I think from the fuse box. Any suggestions on whats happened and how to fix it?

The ticking sounds mean your battery has weakened to the point that it has no more juice to operate. You will have to get the battery load-tested at an auto parts store to see if it can be recharged, or possibly replace.

Your antifreeze: You have to make sure at all time you have 50/50 ration coolant/water. Frozen antifreeze means that you have too much water than you have antifreeze.
