1998 Ford Escort 1380-1381 codes appair check engine light

Check engine light appairs. Put scann tool on it code 1380 and 1381 comes up can you help me on this.

Camshaft timing improperly set.
No oil flow to piston chamber.(Very common check this 1st )

Low oil pressure.
VCT solenoid stuck closed.
Camshaft advance mechanism binding (VCT unit).
