1997 Ford Escort 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 121k miles

My car is sometimes starting and sometimes not. It makes a click and wont turn over or anything. It WILL jump start but my car battery is said to be good.

No cranking at times check and test below

The starter, starter relay, clutch switch/park and neutral switch/transmission range switch and ignition switch assuming the battery and connections are good.
