Heater problem
1997 Ford Escort 4 cyl Wheel Drive Type unknown Automatic 126000 miles

I know that the blower motor part is about 60 for my car because it has air conditioning but I was wondering if it is hard to find and what the labor cost would be to replace it.

Before you replace the blower motor why don't you power it direct and see whether its actually defective.

Maybe its the blower relay or the resistor that's causing the problem. See below

Labor could range about $70-$125 an hour-varies with locations
