When I turn my car off, a fan in front of the radiator either won't turn off or starts running after I walk away, draining the battery. Could you please tell me what could be wrong and where the part is located on the car?
Thank you

Sounds to me like you have a bad coolant temp sensor or coolant fan relay, the coolant temp sensor is in the front of the engine should have a coolant hose going into it or near it.

The relay is located near the radiator follow the wires from the motor to the relay.
