Blown fuses windshield wiper. Is it most likely the windshield wiper motor? If it is. Where is the motor and what do I need to know before attempting to replace it?

I am trying to follow the generalized directions above however I am running into problems. How do I remove the cowl top vent grille? What are the baffle clips? What is the air distribution flange baffle? I removed the nut from the wiper arm but it still doesnt come off; how do I get it off? How do I remove the wiper mounting arm and pivot shaft from the motor. When you say "wiper mounting arm", are you talking about the wiper arm? I have removed three nuts from the wiper motor but I am unable to remove it from the fire wall. What next? Sorry I dont know anything but I would like too.
