1994 Ford Escort we can not get the horn to work

We just bought this car and it seems to have an electricl problem the horn does not work and the fusses are ok, so what can the problem be

Start by re-checking the stop fuse 20A (1.9L) or the horn fuse 30A (1.8L) and the horn relay. If they are both good, it is possible the horn switch (on the steering wheel) or the horn(s).

If not mount the horn where u want it, wire it to diff switch kinda liek putting in fog lights, make a new fuse for it and hook it directly to the battery
