1992 Ford Escort is there a resistor behind the dash?

I just purchased a 92 ford escort lx. I work nights and when I came from work I noticed that there were no
dash lights except for the floor shift and the dimmer for the dash lights. Is it possible that there is a resistor for the dash, as I remember selling a resistor for certain cars, but am not for sure on this vehicle.
is that why I have no dash lights?

Most likely you need the bulbs in the dash out
I believe it take 4 bulbs you can use bulb #194
if you have tail light and radio and clock light with lights on I would check the bulbs in the back of the cluster
