I didn't drive it yet with the dealer but I am really begining to doubt it is the ball bearing because if they were worn out wouldn't the noise be constant?

Jack the side of the vehicle up that you suspect the noise is coming from---first set the parking brake then jack up the side of the car you suspect the noise is coming from.
Place the car in neutral after all safety measures have been taken.
Once you have doubl checked the vehicle is stable and have set the gear shifter in neutral go to the wheel and spin it. If you don't hear any noise grab the tire at 9 o'clock and 3 o'clock and try to see if there is any play in the hub itself>try the same at noon and 6 o'clock.
You may not hear the noise if you do hear a noise try and determine if it's coming from the wheel bearing area or the brake rotor>sometimes the brake pad does not meet the rotor entirely and you will get a rubbing sound due to rust build up on the surface of the circumference of the rotor

If you don't hear any sound move to the other wheel adjacent to the one you suspected and perform both safety precautions and test.
If that doesn't do it get back to us.
