Use a screw driver shaft and press down on the lock to see if it is actually locking and releasing, if this is the case, look at the lock and striker plate alignment and make sure that the boot (trunk) lid is actually closing far enough for the striler to hit the lock at trigger it, look at this first.

Sounds like an adjustment problem, make sure that the lid is not closing down to far into the lock, you should be able to ease the lid down onto the lock and push gently to trigger the lock. If this is not happening it will probably mean adjustment problem or an alignment problem with the lid itself.

Check the power at the lock solenoid when you press the button, if power is there each time, the problem will probably be a faulty lock solenoid.

There are two connectors. In first connector when I press button there are twelve volts in voltmeter, but in second connector nothing.

Hello,

It sounds like you have a problem with the smart junction box SJB. This is what controls the trunk release. Here is a wiring diagram of the SJB so you can see. Also I have included the location of the unit. A shop or the dealer will need to program it for you.

SJB location (below)

Check out the diagrams (Below)

Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.

Cheers, Ken
