So it turns out the computer was fried. Spark plugs were the factory plugs, 1 went bad and fried the coil as well as computer driver for that coil. Replaced and is fixed

I think you might have been right, when the coil blew out of the head, it could have damaged the computer. Please let us know if the new computer fixes it.

Bad coil, bad harness, bad PCM. Coil or harness more likely, noted for harness problems.

Also ford has issued a TSB that says "Some 2005 Escape/Mariner vehicles equipped with a 3.0L engine, may exhibit a malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) on with two or more diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) for coil on plug (COP) primary circuit faults (P0351 through P0356). This may be due to the spark plugs causing RF interference with the PCM, resulting in damage to the PCM and COPs."

Remove any spark plug and inspect for a 2-digit date code. If the date code is not present, replace all six (6) spark plugs with part number AGSF-32W-M1F4.
