2004 Ford Escape battery

I had my battery replaced, and now my radio, dome light and auto lock is not working. Can u tell me what happened?

Hi sanlee1258/ Welcome to the forum. Have you checked the fuses? Sometimes they blow in response to surges when reconnecting the batery or even from a jump start.
