2002 Ford Escape Cooling System

I just bought this vehicle from a dealership and have only had it 2 days. We had freezing fog this morning and when I arrived at work there was a little steam coming out the front. I didn't smell anything. Should this be of concern or could it be from the freezing fog?

When a hot radiator get wet, from rain, fog or snow, it can give off steam.
