1998 Ford E-Series Van E250 Cargo van heater doesnt work

My heater wont blow hot air it will blow cold air which is bad in a chicago winter but yes the electric motor runs when I turn it on but the air is cold what should i do to fix itThanks in advance

Replace the thermostat and go from there
