1994 Ford E-Series Van MISSING

Always go back to the last thing that was done before the problem started - in this case, probably back to the trans. Shop. I can't count the number of times something like a vacuum line was left off, an electrical connection not put back right, etc. & Although the problem seems totally unrelated to the work done, you have to disconnect things to get to the transmission that aren't directly related to the trans.
