1991 Ford E-Series Van Automatic

My van leaks everytime I fill it with gas...it started out when I put anymore than 10.00 at a time, and now any amount. Looking underneath it looks like it's leaking from a tube between two clamps in multiple spots. My question is since it's a straighht hose is it still the fill line or is it coming from somewhere else. It does not leak after you leave the pump.
