Easiest way is to buy an adapter harness, but beware of a common problem. All quality aftermarket radios and all late model oem radios since the mid 1980s have 6 volts on all of the speaker wires. Your van likely still uses only one speaker wire between the speaker and radio, then the second speaker wire is grounded right on the speaker itself. You will have to run a second wire to each speaker and remove that factory speaker ground. Replacement speakers and two new wires will insure no damage is done to your new radio.
