If there is power at the blower motor connector, the blower needs replaced. It is fairly easy to replace. Unplug the connector, remove the little bolts that hold the blower in. ( I think there are 5 or 6 of them) Remove the blower. There is a small clip that holds the blower cage on the motor. Take the clip off, tap the blower shaft whild holding the cage. The blower should come off. Install cage on new blower, install in housing, install bolts and hook up wiring. Good luck.
