2000 Ford Crown Victoria high idle

My car is idle very high, and I replace the throttle position sensor, but nothing change, I also clean the throttle body, but nothing. IT'S my first car and I love it, I don'T want to get rid of because of this problem, and my emissions test is due. PLEASE HELP!

Best thign to do is check for vaccum leaks on all vaccum lines. And gaskets that seal air

and remove the IAC module and make sure the pintle is moving freely and not carboned up. Also its ports arnt damaging pintle movement
