1997 Ford Crown Victoria how to change turn signal light bu

How do I change the passanger side front turning signal? I started taking the screws out, but the light would not come out. Is there more than the screws to diassemble?

Might have a sealant holding it or a pop in clip. Try getting a little rough with it, but not too rough
