Car gas mileage dropped. Took it for tune up. New plugs, wires, fuel filter, serpentine belt. Car now sputters while sitting in drive with foot on the brake. Also acts like it's missing out at speeds up to 60-70 mph. Mechanic tested spark at the distributors. Appears OK. Any ideas?
