1994 Ford Crown Victoria my trans is shot

I think my trans is shot, The reverse still works, but the forward gears dont work. I changed me filter and fluid, but that didnt help. My question is. How hard is it to take out a trans for a 1994 ford crown vic lx non police unit? And put one back in?

you would be looking at around 4-5 hrs to R&R the transmission, longer if you're not sure of the procedure, see pics for details on the job.
