1993 Ford Crown Victoria starting from on position if start

I need 2 get my car outa a lot asap. The key is busted in the ignition, I can get it in the on position the starter doesnt crank though. I have plenty batterty power as well. If u could tell me the easist way to arc it or something to get it home so I can replace whatever needs. Thank u

On starter jump from BIG cable to small wire this will engage starter. Make sure in Park and park brake on.

Where is starter what color r cables u mean by jump using a relay wire between them?

At relay near battery remove small wire jump from the threaded stud to Positive cable from battery
