Actron Code Reader gave me the following:

542 = Fuel Pump (FP) circuit open connection.
Electronic Control Assembly (ECA) to motor ground.

What and where is the ECA? I can not find any reference to it in a Chilton or Haynes Repair Manuel.

Just would not start. A few days prior it ewas hard to start cold and was sluggish and loping until itn ran for a few minutes.
Changed fuel pump and filter. Fuel pump relay and PCM relay seem to be O K.
Used an Actron code reader and it gave me what I first said.
Would appreciate some direction and assistance so I won't spend anymore money needlessly, justanold.
