1989 Ford Crown Victoria timing

1989 Ford Crown Victoria V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I need to replace the control module and have to
move the distributor and need to know timing specs.
also which side is number 1 cylinder for tming light?

Timing is 10 degrees BTDC with spout connector un plugged. Number 1 is passenger side front.
