woundering how to change rear wheel bearing on a 1989 crown victoria ltd police package

Jack vehicle up and place on jackstands.
place in neutral
remove wheels and drums
remove rear end cover
rotate rear end until you see a 5/15 head bolt
remove bolt (be really careful, it will break)
pull pin out of center of carrier
push axle in and remove "c" clip
remove axle
remove seal
remove bearing (usually need a puller)
Install bearing, then seal
Install rest of parts as you removed them
