1988 Ford Crown Victoria wont stay idleing

When I start my car it wont idle unless I keep my foot on the accelerator it drives as long as when I come to a stop I keep my foot on the accelerator to keep it running as soon as I take my foot of the gas it dies

Check the idle air control motor/valve ISC and the EGR valve
