i change the radiator in the car but when it gets to hot it shuts off i have to wait to cooled down and trouble when starting up it does not click over i have to try a few time but it starts

how warm is it getting? may be overheating , if so remove and test thermostat, check coolant level and ensure cooling fan comes on.
