1998 Ford Contour water pump?

our ford contour is overheating after about 10 minutes. there are no leaks and the fluid in the resevoir is between the marks. Im pretty sure that the problem stems from the crappy impeller blades in the pump. but can i be sure?[/quote:915bdc5d60]


check thermostat
check coolant flow
making sure the water pump circulating the coolant
do a head gasket test
