1998 Ford Contour timing belt / engine head

Timing belt broke. Looking for instructions to remove the engine head to see if and how many of the valves are bent. Rear cam is already taken off. Front cam will not budge.

I have included a pic but it simply says remove the cam bearing cap bolts and the bearing caps and remove the camshafts. Dont forget to unbolt the oil feed shown in second pic.
