My windows are stuck down and everytime I change the fuse in the car the car just blows them right out why is this happening and will I ever be able to get my windows back up.

I recently had a similar issue. The cause was the switch in the driver's door used to lockout the use of the rear windows.

The mechanism for the "lockout" part of the switch had broken and had caused a direct short in the switch and would blow the fuse any time the I tried to raise or lower any window.
