1995 Ford Bronco engine stalls

I recently changed the distributor on my bronco. It has a 5.8 engine it worked perfect for a while and one morning the engine would not turn over. I checked it and the timing was off. Now it runs but it stalls while the engine is running. It shuts off and wont turn over for a while then it runs. I also checked the ignition module and it works fine. I would appreciate it if you could help me on this matter. Thank you.

How far is the timing out? Did the distributor come loose? Are you able to get it in time?

I was able to set the timing, the problem now is that after it runs for a while it stalls and shuts off. The first time I replaced the distributor because It was not getting any power to the spark plugs. After I replaced it the first time the check engine light turned on but now after setting the timing it works fine and the check engine light doesnt turn on anymore. I also checked the control module and it works fine. Someone suggested that my Ignition coil might shut off after it heats up. Is that a possibility? Thanks for the reply.
