I have replaced the alternator three times now. It seems as the alternator is not charging the battery. I have checked for resistance in the wires, including the wires on the starter. The diode in the alternator is working fine, but still no charge. The battery has been charged and checked, along with every fuse in the truck. Please help! Thanks.

Check for 12 volts on the green wire, (green / red stripe perhaps), with the ignition switch turned to "run". If it is missing, look for a blown 15 amp fuse in the fuse box under the hood.

The yellow wire must have 12 volts all the time. Holler back with your findings.
