While driving down the road the engin will shut off for a second or two and then start back up and continue running. Sometimes it will shut off and not turn back on after a few seconds and I will have to pull over and try to start it for a few minutes. After a few minutes of trying to start it, it will start and run fine. This happens almost every time I drive it. It has no power loss or any sign it is running bad until this happens. It is very well maintained and only gets drove on the weekends.

This type of problem is usually the ignition module, take it out and bring it to the parts store, they can test it, and hopefully the problem with it will show up, or try buying a junk one and pray!
