Best oil for oil change

I just recenty surpassed 200000 miles and was wondering what the best oil would be for my engine. Should I use Mobil 1 Clean 7500 5W-20 or Mobil Clean High Mileage 5W-30?

Hello,

You can you either of those oil.
However, the high mileage oil will have extra additive which makes it more resistive to sludge buildup. It can also condition the engine seals. It can also reduce general wear and tear.

Both of the 5.0L and 5.8L V8 uses 6 quarts of oil.
