Hi,
my name is eric and I was wondering if I coult get some help with a problem i'm having. Every time it rains it is really hard to start my bronco and it shakes bad and cuts off when im driving. I checked my hoses and my distributor and the spark plugs and wires and I still cant figure it out. If you could give me a suggestion I would greatly appreciate it thanks again Eric Thomas (804)-901-8812

Eric:

When was the last time the distributor cap and ignition wires were replaced? Chances are that is where the problem. Here is a test you can try. At night (in the dark), start the vehicle, open the hood, and spray a mist of water on all ignition components (wires, distributor cap, coil.) Watch for sparks or arcing. My guess is that you have something arcing / shorting and it is causing a miss.

Try this and let me know what you find. NOTE: You can try this during the day, but it's much easier to see problems like this in the dark.
